Personal Interviews with Children

One of my first posts on this blog was about incorporating Personal Interviews with your children into your family routine.
As I've been updating this blog I decided that some of my printables need updates as well so I made a new one.

For those of you that are new here, a Personal Interview is a chance for you to sit down one-on-one with each child individually and discuss their lives. This is especially important for teenagers who tend to internalize everything but works great for kids as young as 3.

You will create a strong emotional bond, teach your child that they can talk to you about anything, and show them that you are always there to help if they'll let you.

This printable is just a guide. It gives you questions to ask that allow you to get into the nitty gritty of their lives besides the typical "How was your day/week?" Q&A.

ENJOY!

Here is a Family Council printable that goes hand in hand with this printable.
